Answers before you ask
When your patient uploads their prescription at checkout, we read the prescriber's 10-digit NPI and match it against the doctors registered in our network. The match is exact and automatic. If the NPI on the prescription is yours, the order is yours.
Matched orders are placed through your practice's own ABB Optical account, so your earnings follow your ABB agreement and your order volume. Our team walks you through the exact numbers during onboarding.
Almost nothing. You receive a verification email, confirm the prescription in one click from any device, and the order is placed through your ABB account automatically. If you don't respond, the prescription verifies passively within 24 hours under the FCLCA and the order still routes to your practice.
Decline the verification. A declined prescription is never fulfilled against your name. The order is held while our team follows up with the patient to correct it, and you stay in control of every Rx that carries your NPI.
The order still goes through, but it gets verified by an independent third-party service and no practice earns on it. That is exactly the revenue this program lets you reclaim. Once you join and add your NPI, your patients' orders route to you instead.
