Visit Retail SiteDEXTENZA is a resorbable, intracanalicular dexamethasone insert designed to treat ocular pain following ophthalmic surgery. Placed in the lower lacrimal punctum and into the canaliculus, a single insert releases a 0.4mg dose of dexamethasone over approximately 30 days. Does not require removal; saline irrigation or manual expression may be used if removal is needed. Single-use only. Supplied sterile in a foam carrier within a foil laminate pouch, 10 inserts per carton. Requires refrigeration.
