OCuSOFT® Retaine® CMC® is designed to relieve dry, scratchy, and irritated eyes caused by environmental factors such as excessive heat, air conditioning, reading, medications, and prolonged screen time. Formulated with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium USP 0.5%, this preservative-free eye lubricant provides long-lasting hydration and protection that mimics natural tears, reducing discomfort and irritation.

Directions for Use:

1. To open, twist and pull the tab to remove.
2. Instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed.
3. Discard container after use—do not reuse once opened.

Warnings & Precautions:

• For external use only – Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
• Avoid contamination – Do not touch the tip of the container to any surface.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if:
  • Eye pain, vision changes, redness, or irritation persist.
  • The condition worsens or lasts more than 72 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children – If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Other Information:

• Use only if printed tamper seals on top and bottom flaps are intact.
• Store between 15º-30ºC (59º-86ºF).
• Do not use if the twist top of the single-dose container is damaged.

Active Ingredient:

• Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium 0.5% – Eye lubricant for moisture retention and irritation relief.

Inactive Ingredients:

Calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, sodium lactate. May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
