Use InflammaDry® to detect elevated MMP-9 at point of care in 10 minutes. Objective evidence of ocular surface inflammation before any treatment decision is made. FDA-cleared, CLIA-waived. Eliminates guesswork and documents the clinical basis for same-day treatment.
If MMP-9 is positive, perform same-day Rinsada® saline lavage. The patented irrigating eyelid retractor delivers high-pressure saline via 5 micro-ports directly into the conjunctival fornix — the deep lid recess where biofilm, allergens, and inflammatory debris accumulate. No standard rinse can reach it.
Complete the visit with ZEST® lid exfoliation. Zocular's okra-based polysaccharide gel removes biofilm, demodex debris, and inflammatory buildup from the lash line and lid margin — the external driver of lid disease that standard wipes cannot address. Rinsada® resets the inside. ZEST® resets the outside. One visit. Complete ocular surface restore.
