Your practice details, NPI, tax ID and license number. We verify them because your practice becomes the seller of record on these orders.

Nothing is live at the end of it, nothing is signed, and no patient can be routed to you yet.

Book a 15-Minute Call

Pick a time with our team. They walk through the whole program and answer whatever this page raises, in whatever order you want to ask.

Nothing is activated on a call, and most practices finish the ABB and Stripe connections on the phone.

Step three

Confirm ABB And Connect Stripe

Point the platform at the ABB Optical account your practice already uses, and connect Stripe so the patient's payment settles into your own account.

Both are detailed further down this page, and either can be done with our team on the call rather than alone.

Step four

Sign, Then Choose Who Gets Notified

Sign the dispensing addendum, then decide who at the practice receives verification requests and order notifications.

The doctor, the optical manager, a shared inbox, or several of them. Changeable any time from your settings.

Your ABB Optical Account

Lens orders fill on your own ABB account at your negotiated cost, so the platform needs to know which account is yours. For most practices it is already built on our side.

Stripe

Stripe Connect onboarding, run by Stripe rather than by us. They ask for the business details any processor asks for so they can pay out to your bank.

We never see or hold those credentials and never hold the money. If your practice already runs Stripe, this is a connection rather than a new account.

The Dispensing Addendum

An addendum covering the dispensing arrangement: that your practice is the seller of record on lens orders, how the ninety ten split works, and where tax and refunds sit.

Short, and worth reading rather than skimming. You can read the whole text before you sign anything, and go through it line by line on the fifteen minute call.

Then One Decision: Who Gets Notified

Verification requests and order notifications need to reach a person. You decide who, and you can list several. This is the step that decides whether your office ever has to think about an order again.
