National reach
Your patients
Your sale
A nationwide eyecare brand competing for the searches no single practice website can win. Every contact lens order from your patient is filled as your practice’s own sale.
- Your prescription, your patient, your sale.
- Paid into your own Stripe account, shipped from your own ABB account.
- We bring the patients. Nationwide marketing on Google and Bing that no single practice can buy alone.
- Free for any licensed doctor or office with an NPI. Nothing to buy, nothing to change.
From the team behind Dry Eye Rescue, serving eyecare practices since 2019.
Where your patient chooses. Competing sites shown are real page one results for this search. Listings are illustrative and ranking varies.
Authorized distribution from the manufacturers you already prescribe, and every other major brand, at MSRP.
Same patient,
two very different outcomes
The Sale Leaves with a Stranger
- You never find out your patient reordered
- Nothing about the order comes back to your office
- No record of what your patient actually received
- The expertise was yours. The revenue was not.
The Sale Stays with the Prescriber
- Matched to you from the prescription itself
- Authorized ABB product on your own account
- Your practice is the seller, your name on the statement
- Your expertise and the revenue in one place.
Six commitments
on every order
The large online retailers run real businesses and real distribution. The one thing none of them do is stand in for the doctor who wrote the prescription.
Where the Product Came From1
Authorized distribution only. ABB fills every order on your account, at your own wholesale cost, drop shipped to the patient. Rebates and growth goals accrue as usual.
Getting Exactly What You Wrote2
What you prescribed is what ships. No private label swaps, no adjacent base curves. If we cannot supply it exactly, we do not fill it.
Verification That Reaches You2
Verified through Visibly, a leader in eyecare compliance, and logged on every order. Because the prescription is matched to you, the request reaches your office.
Whose Name Is on the Sale
Your practice is the seller of record, with your name on the patient's statement. Not ours.
Your Office Is Not Undercut
MSRP across the catalog. We never see your wholesale cost and never price below your office.
Your Chart Stays Yours
A name, an address, an email and the products. Never the medical record.
Contacts, drops and supplements
in one order
Almost every contact lens site sells contact lenses and nothing else. Here the lenses, the rewetting drops, the vitamins and the lens care go in one order. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Practices have sent patients to us for drops and supplements since 2019. Now their contact lenses are here too.
Three leaders in their field
Fulfillment
Authorized distribution, on your own account at your own cost.
Verification
Prescription verification and Contact Lens Rule compliance.
Payments
Checkout, HSA and FSA cards, and your practice paid direct.
New program,
proven platform
We started in 2019 as Dry Eye Rescue, shipping the drops, supplements and lid hygiene your patients use, with every referral from an in network doctor credited back to the referring office.
Dry Eye Rescue still serves the dry eye specialists. Vision Rescue is the same company, the same warehouse and the same platform, opened up to every other practice and every category they prescribe. Contact lenses are the newest one.
Already a Dry Eye Rescue Doctor?
Your wholesale account and your referral code carry on exactly as they are. Contact lens dispensing is a separate free signup, because lenses fill on your own ABB account and pay into your own Stripe. Same company, same warehouse, one short form.
Patients wanted access,
now you can compete for it
The reason lenses moved online was access. Order at midnight. From the couch. Shipped to the door. No afternoon off work.
That need was real. It was also the reason the sale left your office, one prescription at a time, for years.
That is what changes here. The patient keeps every bit of the access. And you get to compete in the e-commerce market instead of watching it.
Competing there takes national advertising that no single practice can buy. Pooled across every practice on the platform, it can.
The prescription decides
where the order goes
No link to share. No code to remember. Nothing for your front desk to do.
1. Patient Uploads the Prescription
Smart Order reads it automatically, or they enter it manually.
2. We Match the Prescriber
The prescription details identify you. Nothing depends on the patient naming you.
3. Visibly Verifies with Your Office
Correct it or deny it and nothing ships.
The Order Is Yours
Filled on your ABB account against your prescription, your practice as the seller, keeping the great majority of the sale. You did nothing beyond the exam.
We Fill It Properly, Then Call You
The patient still gets verified, authorized product on our account. Then we offer you the free signup so the next one is yours.
The last step,
not the first
Nothing here replaces what your office already does.
Continue Selling Annual Supplies in the Office
That is still the best outcome for the practice and for the patient, and it is what your staff should be doing at every exam. We would rather you close it there.
Continue Using the Software That Captures Sales
DrContactLens, Marlo, OTTO, your own practice website, whatever already works for you. Keep running all of it. We sit on top at no cost and we do not ask you to switch.
Add VisionRescue.com to Catch the Rest, Free
The patient who said yes and never ordered. The one who reorders online at eleven at night. That order used to be gone. Now it comes back to you.
The offices seeing the most orders
put us on the prescription
Every patient leaves with a copy of their prescription, because the rule requires it. The practices getting the most out of this add one line to that copy: buy in our office, or online at visionrescue.com.
- One line, added once to the template, so it rides on every prescription you write.
- Works however you send it. Emailed, texted or printed.
- No tracking code and no special link. We read the prescriber off the prescription itself.
- Nothing else changes. Patients who would rather buy in the office still do.
Offices usually put it to the patient the same way they say it at the counter: we have partnered with Vision Rescue so you can get your contacts and the rest of your eyecare products in one place. Check your state board's rules on disclosing a financial interest in a seller you recommend before you add it, and ask us for suggested wording.

See Your Own Figures with a Free Account
Inside: orders your patients have already placed on Vision Rescue, a worked margin example against your own lens mix, and the provider dashboard as your office would see it.
Every dispensing order, split at checkout
Without that spend patients do not find the site at all, which is the whole reason the ten percent exists. Your ABB invoice is separate, at the wholesale cost you negotiated. We never see it.
Before you partner
Is it really free?
I already sell contacts on my own practice website.
Will this cannibalise my in office sales?
Do my rebates and growth goals still count?
What if the prescription is expired or does not check out?
When do I get the money?
Be the authorized seller
for your own patients
Costs keep rising and reimbursements do not. Every contact lens order that leaves the practice is margin you do not get back. Ten minutes, no cost, no obligation, and nothing changes in the office.
