for Patients to Order
Contact Lenses Online?
Good. Keep It.

Keep selling annual supplies in-office. Keep DrContactLens, Marlo, OTTO, your own online store, or whatever already works for you. Vision Rescue is the safety net for the patient who skips those options and starts shopping online.

Your Systems Wait For
The Patient To Come Back

Every contact lens tool a practice owns starts inside the practice. That is not a flaw, it is the design. It just leaves one path uncovered.

Office initiated. Inside your existing system.

The Patient Came Back Through You

A reorder text went out. An exam reminder landed. A link to your own branded ordering page got opened. That is the sale DrContactLens, Marlo and OTTO are built to capture, and they capture it well, because the purchase journey started with your practice.

Keep spending here. Nothing about activating Vision Rescue changes it.

Patient initiated. Outside your existing system.

The Patient Started Shopping On Their Own

No text was sent. No reorder link was opened. No practice storefront was visited. The patient simply searched online for their contact lenses and started shopping. That is the sale traditional office-based ordering systems cannot capture, because the purchase journey never started with your practice.

Vision Rescue is built to reach that patient.

Your existing tools reach the patient who comes back to you.
Vision Rescue reaches the patient already shopping online.

The Prescription Does The Routing

When a patient orders, the prescription carries the prescribing information needed to identify the doctor and the practice. Vision Rescue uses that to connect eligible orders back to the practice that wrote them.

Patient Orders

Your patient uploads or types in their contact lens prescription at checkout.

The Prescriber Is Identified

The prescription details are matched to the prescribing doctor and practice.

The Order Routes To Your Practice

After prescription verification, the order fills through your practice.

No referral code No special link No patient lookup Nothing for your patient to remember

Your part started when you wrote the prescription.

How Your Practice
Gets Paid

The whole model in one line, before any of the detail.

Patient orders 90% of the payment lands in your Stripe account ABB bills you at your existing wholesale cost you keep the remaining margin

Where every dollar the patient pays goes

90% of payment → your Stripe account 10%
90%Of the patient's payment, into your own Stripe account the moment they pay. Never held by us and never routed through us.
10%Card processing plus Vision Rescue's national patient acquisition. Roughly three of those ten points is card processing and never reaches us.
ABBInvoices your practice separately, at the wholesale cost you already negotiated with them. We never see that number.

Your margin = 90% of the patient payment your ABB wholesale cost

The 90/10 is a split of the payment, not a margin. Because your practice is the seller on eligible lens orders, tax, refund and other seller responsibilities apply. See the economics line by line.

Two Searches. Two Different Jobs.

Your practice is built to win one of these. Vision Rescue is built to compete in the other.

Your Practice Wins Local Search

“Eye doctor near me”

This patient is looking for a doctor. Your website, reviews, location and reputation are exactly what they need.

Keep winning here. Vision Rescue does not replace this, and nothing about activating changes it.

Vision Rescue Competes for Product Search

“Acuvue Oasys 90 pack”

This patient is not looking for a doctor. They are looking for contact lenses and comparing where to buy them.

So your practice is no longer competing with the office down the street. You are competing with large national online retailers.

Your patient is not searching for your practice.
They are searching for the box.

Vision Rescue competes for those national product searches across participating practices. Your practice owns the local relationship. Vision Rescue adds the national reach.

Keep Everything That Already Works

Vision Rescue is not asking you to rebuild your contact lens business. It works around what you already run.

Sell annual supplies in your office Keep DrContactLens Keep Marlo Keep OTTO Keep your practice website Keep your existing ABB relationship

Then add Vision Rescue for the orders you still lose.

Nothing Changes For Your Staff

Your team does not need to sell Vision Rescue, send a link or change your checkout process.

When a patient buys through Vision Rescue, the prescription identifies your practice and routes the order back to you.

No script. No promotion. No new workflow. Nothing new for the front desk to remember.

Want More Patients To Use It?

Add one line to the prescription copy you already give every contact lens patient: Buy in our office or online at VisionRescue.com.

Add it once to your prescription template, and every patient leaves knowing where they can buy online while still supporting your practice.

Check your state requirements regarding disclosure of any financial interest.

And No New Supply Chain

Eligible orders run through the ABB Optical account you already have, at the pricing you negotiated, and ABB drop ships to the patient. Your purchasing does not change. ABB is the only fulfillment connection live today; additional distributors and manufacturer direct fulfillment are in the works.

Sign Up. Then We Walk You Through The Rest.

No new software to learn and nothing to migrate. Register on your own, or let our team walk you through it on the phone. Signup asks for your NPI, tax ID and license number, because your practice becomes the seller of record and must be verified before an order can be credited to you.

Create Your Account

Practice details, NPI, tax ID and license number. Nothing goes live at the end of it.

Book A 15-Minute Call

Pick a time with our team. They cover the program end to end and answer whatever this page did not.

Connect ABB And Stripe

Confirm the ABB account you already use and connect Stripe. Usually done on the call.

Sign The Addendum

Seller of record, the split, tax and refunds. Then pick who at the practice gets verification requests.

Want The Call Before You Sign Up?

That is fine, and for a lot of practices it is the honest order. Bring whatever this page did not answer and we will go through it with you. Nothing is activated on a call. Or call 1-855-692-8024.

Book A 15-Minute Call

Turn it off from your settings any day, and the addendum ends with it.

Already A Dry Eye Rescue Doctor?

Your wholesale account and your referral code carry on exactly as they are. Contact lens dispensing is a separate activation, because lenses fill on your own ABB account and pay into your own Stripe.

Setup And The Agreement

What each of the four steps asks for, who can activate, and exactly what you are and are not agreeing to before you sign.

Before You Activate

Do I need an ABB Optical account?
Yes, because eligible dispensing orders fill on your own ABB account at your own negotiated cost. Most practices already have one, and for many the connection is already built on our side, so activation is confirming it rather than creating it. If you do not have an account it is free to open and takes minutes. ABB is the only fulfillment connection live today; additional distributors and manufacturer direct fulfillment are in the works.
Who fulfills and ships the contact lenses?
ABB does, from your own account, drop shipped directly to the patient. Your practice never stocks, handles or ships a box, and there is no carrying cost.
What happens when a prescription needs to be verified?
Verification runs through Visibly using the automated methods the FTC Contact Lens Rule prescribes, and every request is logged. Because the prescription has already been matched to you, the request reaches your office rather than an old fax number. Correct it and the corrected values fill. Deny it and nothing ships. The full rule, including the eight business hour window, is described here.
What if I want to turn it off?
Turn it off from your practice settings any day and the dispensing addendum ends with it. There is no term, no notice period and no exit fee. Orders already placed still fill and still pay out to you, and your wholesale account and any referral code carry on untouched.
