Most of what we carry from Mary Ruth's is liquid. The morning multivitamins come in large bottles you measure by the spoonful, and the rest of the range follows the same idea: nutrition in a form that is easy to take when capsules are not appealing. Seven products are stocked here.

How to choose

Start with who is taking it. The gummies are the children's option and the only chewable in the range. Everything else is an adult liquid.

Then pick the multivitamin. The plain Liquid Morning Multivitamin and the Essentials+ bottles cover the same daily ground with different formulations and flavors, so once the labels look close to what you want, flavor is a fair way to decide. The Hair Growth version adds ingredients aimed at hair, skin and nails to the multivitamin base.

The probiotic and the elderberry drops are additions rather than alternatives. They sit alongside a multivitamin rather than replacing one.
