About Vision Rescue
Built for eye doctors. Open to every patient.
Vision Rescue connects patients with eye doctors and the products those doctors recommend. Practices get a free wholesale account, RescueLink and contact lens order routing. Patients get VisionRescue.com and a Doctor Locator that points them back to a practice.

See it working
RescueLink, start to finish.
Two audiences
One company, two sides of eye care.
Vision Rescue Pro serves licensed practices, and VisionRescue.com serves their patients. Each side is built to send people back to the exam chair.
For practices
Wholesale pricing on 100+ eye care brands from a licensed pharmaceutical distributor, RescueLink for sending patients the products you recommend, in-office displays, and online contact lens orders that route back to the prescribing practice.
For patients
VisionRescue.com carries doctor-recommended eye care products and contact lenses, and its Doctor Locator helps patients find a nearby practice for an exam, a fitting or treatment.
Where it started
Started by an optometrist who ran practices.
Vision Rescue was founded by Dr. Aaron Evans, an optometrist who built and ran a group of private practices in South Florida. He watched patients leave the exam room with a recommendation and then buy something different at a store, and he watched practices lose product and contact lens sales they had earned.
He partnered with Thiago Pinheiro, a branding and marketing specialist in dentistry and eye care, to build tools that keep those purchases connected to the doctor who made the recommendation.
The same team built the in-office display program, RescueLink and contact lens order routing, and runs each of them for practices across the country.

Tested in practice
Proven in working offices first.
Each program ran in real exam lanes, front desks and opticals before it reached other practices, so the team could see what patients actually did with a recommendation.
Dennis Evans Jr. leads provider relations, Kirsten Cooperman oversees medical operations, Josefina Born coordinates providers, and Dr. Ryan Beck serves as Medical Director.
Today more than 7,000 eyecare professionals use the platform, and it has handled over 350,000 orders.

In-office displays
Keep the recommendation in view.
Patients often forget a product name somewhere between the exam room and the checkout counter. A display puts the products the doctor recommends where patients wait, so the purchase can happen in the practice instead of at a pharmacy.
Vision Rescue displays include a digital screen with RescueLink built in. They are licensed at no cost to qualifying practices that stock them through Vision Rescue and meet an annual minimum.
Your practice chooses the products and sets the shelf price.

Our mission
Why we do this.
Get more patients into an eye doctor's chair, and keep the products and lenses that doctor recommends connected to the practice that recommended them.
