The ProOmega line

ProOmega in lemon flavor is the base, sold in three sizes. ProOmega 2000 carries 2150 mg of omega 3 per serving. ProOmega-D adds vitamin D3 and comes in 60 and 120 counts, and ProOmega 2000-D combines the higher potency with the D3, also in 60 and 120 counts. ProOmega Gummy Chews are a no sugar chewable in a 54 pack for anyone who does not want softgels.

Eye specific formulas

Two products are built for vision rather than general wellness. ProDHA Eye pairs omega 3 with lutein and zeaxanthin and comes in 60 and 120 count softgels. ProMacular Defense is a 90 count, three month bottle. Both sit in our AREDS and Macular Support category next to similar formulas from other brands, which makes them easy to compare.

How to choose

Decide first whether you want a plain omega 3 or one with carotenoids added, because ProDHA Eye and ProMacular Defense are not interchangeable with ProOmega. Then pick potency: the 2000 versions carry more omega 3 per softgel, so fewer softgels cover the same intake. The D versions save buying a separate vitamin D3. Lemon flavor runs through the line, which is worth noting if you have found fish oil unpleasant in the past.
