About NuLids

NuLids launched its at home system in 2018 around one idea. Instead of a wipe or a foam, you use a small handheld device fitted with a soft disposable tip, run along the lid margin, with a gel applied first. The whole range is built out from that device.

What you will find

• Starter kits. One device with 30 tips and applicator gel, or one device with 180 tips and gel for a longer run before reordering.
• Replacement tips in 30, 60, 180 and 360 counts. Tips are single use, so the count you buy is really a decision about how often you want to reorder.
• NuLids Revitalize Eyelid Applicator Gel, a 10 mL bottle sold as a 90 day supply.
• NuLids Pro, the in office device, plus an Office Pro pack bundled with three home devices.

Who it suits

The system is designed around a short daily routine, so it tends to appeal to people who already keep up with lid hygiene and want a device based option rather than another bottle. Because there is hardware involved, the first purchase should be a kit. Buying tips or gel alone only makes sense once you own the device.

How to choose

Pick the kit size by how long you want to go between orders, then add gel when it runs low. The Pro device and the Office Pro pack are practice items and are priced and packaged for clinics, not for a bathroom cabinet.

If you are weighing a device against the cleanser you already use, bring it up at your next visit. Your eye care professional can tell you how it would fit with the rest of your routine.
