Refresh is the eye care line from AbbVie, and it has been sold in the United States for more than thirty years. The range is built around lubricant eye drops in two broad formats: preservative free single use vials, and bottles you keep and use repeatedly.

Optive Mega-3 is a lipid enhanced formula, meaning it carries an oil component alongside the water based ingredients.
