Tropical Oasis

Tropical Oasis in one line

Everything Tropical Oasis makes is liquid. That is the whole idea behind the brand: multivitamins, omegas and single nutrients in a bottle you measure out rather than a capsule you swallow. The formulas use colloidal trace minerals, are cold water processed, and the products are manufactured in the United States.

What we carry

• Liquid 20/20 Vision, 32 oz, grouped with our retina and eye health supplements.
• Premium Omega 3 Max, 16 oz, listed as a three month supply.
• Cod Liver Oil at 1144 mg of omega 3, 16 oz.
• Three multivitamins: Mega Premium and Women's Premium at 32 oz, and a Kids Liquid Multivitamin at 16 oz.
• Biotin, 4 oz, for hair, nail and skin.

How to choose

If you arrived from one of our dry eye pages, the omega products are the relevant ones. Premium Omega 3 Max and the cod liver oil are both taken by the spoonful, so compare them on serving size, on the omega 3 figure printed on the label, and on taste, which matters more with a liquid than with a softgel.

For general nutrition, pick the multivitamin that matches the person taking it. The kids formula is sized and flavored for children. The women's formula differs from the general Mega Premium in its nutrient profile.

Who liquids suit

Liquids are worth considering if you dislike swallowing pills, already take several capsules a day, or are buying for a child. They can be taken on their own or stirred into a drink, and the large 32 oz bottles are built for daily use rather than occasional use.

Supplements belong inside a plan rather than on their own. Talk to your eye care professional or your physician about what fits your situation, particularly if you take prescription medication or another supplement with overlapping ingredients.
