A liquid multivitamin for women in a 32 fluid ounce (960 mL) bottle. The serving size is 1 fluid ounce (2 tablespoons, 30 mL) and the bottle holds 32 servings, a 30 day supply. A serving contains 10 calories and 3 g of total carbohydrate, and carries a full set of vitamins together with iron, selenium, chromium, a 120 mg colloidal mineral complex from fulvic acid mineral water, 10 mg of amino acids from gelatin and an 8 mg herbal extract blend. The formula is gluten free and made without artificial flavors or colors.
This is a once a day liquid multivitamin taken by the ounce, for people who would rather measure out a dose than swallow a multivitamin tablet. It is taken with food or straight after a meal, and can be taken on its own or mixed into a drink.

- Herbal extract blend, 8 mg A blend of alfalfa, dong quai, American ginseng, Chinese ginseng, grape seed powder, uva ursi, juniper, shavegrass, corn silk extract, parsley, buchu, goldenrod, cubeb, cranberry powder, watermelon seed powder and pau d'arco.
- Colloidal minerals from fulvic acid mineral water, 120 mg A trace mineral complex included in the liquid base. No Daily Value is established for it.

How to Use
- Shake well before using.
- As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons (about 30 mL or 1 ounce) daily.
- Best when taken with food or immediately after a meal.
