Start with how you handle your lenses each day. Single use saline vials suit filling and rinsing because each vial is opened fresh, and buying by the hundred is usually cheaper per day than smaller boxes. Hand prep is the step before that, since anything left on the fingers ends up on the lens.

One distinction matters. A rinse and fill saline is not a disinfecting or cleaning solution. It sits alongside whatever cleaning and storage system your practice set you up with, rather than replacing it.
