Algae Omega is a vegan omega-3 dietary supplement in soft gel form, supplied in a box of 120 soft gels. The serving size is two soft gels, so the box holds 60 servings. Each serving supplies 715 mg of total omega-3s, including 195 mg EPA and 390 mg DHA in triglyceride form, made from microalgae oil rather than fish oil, with 10 calories and 1 g of total fat.
Algae Omega gives vegetarians and vegans a way to get omega-3 EPA and DHA every day, and supports normal vision, heart and brain health, and immunity. It is non-GMO, hexane free, and certified 100% vegetarian by the American Vegetarian Association. This is the 120 count size of the Algae Omega 60 count we also carry.
Key Ingredients
- EPA and DHA, 195 mg and 390 mg per serving Long chain omega-3 fatty acids, part of 715 mg of total omega-3s per serving.
- Marine algal oil (Schizochytrium sp.) The plant-based source of the omega-3s, used in place of fish oil.
- Rosemary extract and natural mixed tocopherols A natural preservative and antioxidants that keep the oil stable.

How to Use
- Adults take two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
- For higher-intensity support, take two soft gels twice daily with food.
