Ultimate Omega Plant-Based is a concentrated vegan omega-3 dietary supplement in soft gel form, supplied in a box of 60 soft gels. The serving size is two soft gels, so the box holds 30 servings. Each serving supplies 1210 mg of total omega-3s, including 660 mg EPA and 440 mg DHA in triglyceride form, made from microalgae oil, with 20 calories and 2 g of total fat.
It is the plant-based version of Nordic's Ultimate Omega fish oil, for people who want a high daily dose of EPA and DHA without fish. The formula promotes healthy brain function, supports cardiovascular health, may help maintain healthy triglyceride levels, and may support blood pressure in the normal range. This is the plain formula; we also carry the version with vitamins D3 and K2.
Key Ingredients
- EPA and DHA, 660 mg and 440 mg per serving Long chain omega-3 fatty acids, part of 1210 mg of total omega-3s per serving.
- Marine algal oil (Schizochytrium sp.) The plant-based source of the omega-3s, used in place of fish oil.
- Modified cornstarch and carrageenan soft gel Form the capsule shell in place of gelatin.

Marine algal oil (Schizochytrium sp. extract, high oleic sunflower oil, mixed tocopherols [antioxidants]), soft gel capsule (modified cornstarch, glycerin, water, carrageenan, sorbitol), natural flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

How to Use
- Adults take two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
