A 10-pack of single use disposables for the BlephEx OptiVize system, containing 10 lenses and 10 forceps. Each lens and forceps pairing covers one procedure, so the box covers 10 procedures. Sold for professional use only by a licensed eye care professional, and made for the OptiVize system rather than for the BlephEx handpiece.
OptiVize is a separate in-office system from the BlephEx handpiece and uses its own disposables. The 10-pack is the bulk option for a practice with the system already on the schedule.

How to Use
For professional use only with the BlephEx OptiVize system, following the OptiVize instructions for use. Both disposables are single use. Discard them after the procedure.

30-day returns on unopened items
Return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days for Vision Rescue Pro store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Some items can't be returned
Federal regulations prohibit returns on RX medications. Regener Eyes Pro and other prescription items are also non-returnable.
