One unit is a single box of 20 patient procedural tip packs for the BlephEx system. Each pack contains two disposable tips, one for each eye, so a box holds 40 tips in total and covers 20 patients. The tips are sanitized, not sterile, and are single use. They are made to fit the BlephEx handpiece.
This is the consumable side of the in-office BlephEx procedure, ordered by the box so a practice can keep a run of appointments stocked. A pack is opened per patient, the two tips are used one per eye, and both are discarded afterwards. Ordering by the box gives 20 procedures per carton.

For professional in-office use with the BlephEx system. Open one pack per patient and use one tip on each eye during the procedure, then discard both tips.
