Blink Triple Care 3 in 1 Lubricating Eye Drops is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 10 mL (0.34 fl oz) bottle, available in a standard formula and a preservative free formula. The active ingredient in both is polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%, a lubricant, combined with castor oil and sodium hyaluronate. The bottle is shaken before use and one or two drops are instilled in the affected eye as needed.
Standard Formula
Carries PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil and is preserved with sodium chlorite.
Preservative Free
Carries polyoxyl-40 hydrogenated castor oil and no preservative. Contact lenses are removed first, and are put back in about 10 to 15 minutes after the drops are applied.
Uses
- for the temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun
- for use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye
- for use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye

How to Use
- Shake well before use.
- Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your eye care professional.

When using this product
- to avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface
- replace cap after each use
Stop use and ask a doctor if
- you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye
- condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours
Keep out of the reach of children
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
