EyeEco E9 Essential Nine Eyelid and Facial Serum is a leave-on serum for the eyelids and surrounding facial skin, supplied in an airless pump bottle. It is unscented.
It is used as a facial skincare step on clean eyelids and surrounding skin, morning and night.
