Fortifeye Black Currant Seed Oil GLA is a black currant seed oil dietary supplement in softgel form, 30 softgels per bottle. The labeled serving is one softgel, which is 30 servings per container, a 30 day supply. Each softgel provides 140 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) together with plant sourced alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). The oil is cold pressed and solvent free. The product is non-GMO and gluten free and third party tested for purity and potency, and it is manufactured in the USA in cGMP-certified facilities.
This is a plant seed oil supplement in the GLA category, taken as one softgel a day. People use it when they want an omega-6 seed oil in the daily routine, either on its own or alongside a fish oil, in a single small softgel rather than a spoonful of oil. One 30 softgel bottle covers 30 days at the labeled serving.
