Calm Mood is a liquid dietary supplement supplied as 14 single serve gel packs. Each gel pack is 25 mL and is one serving. The flavor is berry lemon. The gel can be taken straight from the pack or mixed into liquid.
This is a once daily supplement taken as a gel rather than as a capsule or tablet. A berry lemon blend of adaptogenic herbs, plus vitamins and nutrients, helps support a sense of calm. Each gel pack supplies over 663 mg of relaxing nutrients.
Key Ingredients
- L-Theanine, 200 mg An amino acid and the largest of the named nutrients in the formula by weight.
- Sensoril Ashwagandha extract, 125 mg An extract of Withania somnifera root and leaf, the adaptogenic herb in the formula.
- GABA, 100 mg Gamma aminobutyric acid, supplied alongside 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract at 100 mg.
- Saffron stigmas extract, 28 mg An extract of Crocus sativus standardized to 2 percent safranal and 3 percent crocins, supplied with magnesium citrate at 100 mg.
Other Ingredients
Purified water, vegetable glycerin, apple juice concentrate, natural flavors, acacia gum, citric acid, xanthan gum, citrus pectin, inulin, vegetable juice for color, oat soluble fiber, potassium sorbate, Himalayan pink salt, calcium phosphate, rebaudioside M.
Allergen Information
Contains no artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, or shellfish. Gluten free and soy free.
How to Use
- Take directly from the gel pack or mix in liquid.
- Take one gel pack daily, or as directed by your licensed healthcare professional.

Storage
