Setex Temple Tip Grips are sleeves that slide over the temple tips of a pair of glasses. Each grip is 49 mm long and 7 mm wide, and they are supplied in black, two pairs to a pack. They fit most glasses with an arm width from 0.15 to 0.5 inches. The gripping surface is a patented, gecko inspired gripping surface that is cushion soft rather than sticky.
These are eyewear accessories, not eye care products. The micro structured surface mimics the fibrillar structures of a gecko's foot, so the grip holds against skin that is wet, sweaty or oily. Two pairs covers two frames, or one frame with a spare set.
Materials
- Patented gecko inspired micro structured surface The gripping face of the sleeve. The micro structured fibers mimic a gecko's foot fibrillar structures and give the sleeve its hold on skin. The surface is cushion soft rather than sticky, and is described as giving oil and sweat premium performance.
