Your prescription details can be found on the side of your contact lens box. If you don't have your box, please contact your eye care provider to get a copy of your prescription. We require a valid prescription for all contact lens orders.

We recommend visiting your eye care provider for an updated prescription. Contact lens prescriptions are typically valid for 1-2 years depending on your state. We cannot ship contact lenses without a current, valid prescription.

Yes, the brand is part of your prescription, so you'll need to order the brand your doctor prescribed. Contact lens prescriptions are brand-specific because different brands have different parameters. If you're interested in trying a new brand, please consult with your eye care provider.

Once you place your order, we'll verify your prescription information. After verification, your order will be processed and shipped. You'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Your prescription details can be found on the side of your contact lens box. The box shows your brand, base curve (BC), diameter (DIA), and power for each eye. If you don't have your box available, contact your eye care provider for a copy of your prescription.

You can enter your prescription details manually during checkout using the information from your contact lens box. If you prefer, you can also upload a photo of your prescription or have us contact your eye care provider.

Orders over $250 qualify for free ground shipping. Standard orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Email our support team first to start a return; return postage is your responsibility. Prescription items, including contact lenses, can't be returned. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
