Indications and Usage
Indicated in adults and pediatric patients aged 3 months and older for cycloplegia, mydriasis, and penalization of the healthy eye in the treatment of amblyopia.
Dosage and Administration
Apply 1 drop to the cul-de-sac of the conjunctiva, 40 minutes prior to the intended maximal dilation time. May be repeated up to twice daily in patients aged 3 years and older.
Warnings and Precautions
- Photophobia and blurred vision may last up to 2 weeks.
- May elevate blood pressure via systemic absorption.
- Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface, to avoid contamination.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the formulation.
Storage
Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Keep tightly closed.
